Promotional tents and canopies can be seen at every trade show, conference, county fair, school carnival, sporting event, concession stand, street fair and church bizarre. Retail dealers use them for special indoor/outdoor events, usually simply called “tent sales.” They can come in sizes as small as 10 feet by 10 feet or as large as 400 feet by 200 feet. Promotional tents are made with the newest technology in digital design, silk screening, and vinyl processing by teams of artists, designers and craftsmen.

Easy to see

Tents are an excellent method of promotion, in part because they are so big. Even a small 10’x10’ tent carries a hundred square feet of visible promotional space. If your company’s logo is printed on the tent, your visibility is greatly expanded in the area—so much so that people driving by can see your logo without stopping. Tents and canopies can come in any color or color combination, which increases visibility. You can design a background that provides contrast for your logo, or have the whole tent designed in colors that are part of your logo. Your promotions company can either use your established logo and print it on the tent’s panels, or their designers can create one for you.

Indoors and outdoors

Tents and canopies can be used in large indoor trade shows. In these situations they can be even better than traditional booth simply because of the higher visibility of the logo. They are also ideal for outdoor use, since they provide easy access for passers by even while they protect people and products from sun and rain.

Easy to assemble

Sometimes you will have to put your tent together and raise it yourself, but sometimes the promotional company will put up and take down the tent for you. Most are simply constructed, with vinyl sheets connected by connecting poles. Some larger one will take a bigger crew of people to put together, but in many cases experts will see to that detail for you.

Other Options

Many companies that offer tents and canopies for promotion and advertising also offer other products that might benefit your business. Inflatable tents are a popular choice, as are air dancers and sky dancers. Pop up tents are an easy and inexpensive option for gaining exposure. You can get tents made with custom walls, including partial walls, walls on two, three or four sides, clear walls, or walls with your logo printed in various designs. Some tents are available with high peaks or double high peaks to give height to the interior space, or in domes, houses, castles or other specialty shapes. One company even custom made a tent that looked like a McDonald’s Happy Meal box! You can get tents for floats or to put on wheels so that they can travel throughout your fairgrounds or show space. Tents and canopies can also be made with arches, banners, flags, digital graphics and other special additions that attract attention to your space and your name.
